DAY 1.
DELHI – RAMPUR (OVERNIGHT VOLVO)
Today arrive at Delhi ISBT Kashmiri Gate. In the evening around 8:00 / 9:00 PM, start your journey from Delhi to Rampur by overnight travel through A/C Volvo (Delhi–Shimla–Narkanda–Rampur route).

DAY 2.
RAMPUR – SANGLA – CHITKUL – SANGLA
Morning arrival at Rampur. Meet our driver and drive towards the beautiful Sangla Valley.
On arrival at Sangla, check in to the hotel and freshen up. Later enjoy lunch (on your own or as per plan).
After some rest, proceed for Sangla – Chitkul sightseeing. Visit the last Indian village of Chitkul near the Indo–Tibet border and enjoy stunning views of Baspa Valley & river.
In the evening, return back to Sangla.
Overnight stay: Sangla
Meal: Dinner
DAY 3.
SANGLA – KALPA (KINNAUR VALLEY SIGHTSEEING)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Kalpa.
En-route enjoy mesmerizing Kinnaur Valley scenery, villages and apple orchards.
On arrival at Kalpa, explore local sightseeing – Kalpa village, Roghi village (if accessible) and enjoy the majestic view of Kinnaur Kailash mountain range.
By evening, check in to the hotel at Kalpa and relax.

DAY 4.
KALPA – SARAHAN / BHIMAKALI TEMPLE – RAMPUR – DELHI (OVERNIGHT VOLVO)
Early breakfast & check-out from the hotel at Kalpa.
Drive towards Sarahan and visit the famous Bhimakali Temple, an important Shakti Peeth with traditional Himachali architecture.
Later continue the drive to Rampur. Free time to explore Rampur local market on your own.
In the evening, board Volvo bus from Rampur for your return journey to Delhi. Overnight travel by A/C semi-sleeper Volvo.

DAY 5.
MORNING ARRIVAL DELHI
Morning arrive at Delhi ISBT. Proceed for your onward journey to your hometown with exotic memories of Kinnaur Valley, Sangla, Chitkul & Kalpa.
End of the tour with beautiful Himalayan memories.
Note: In case of road blockage due to landslide or heavy snowfall, the cost of additional / alternate vehicles (like local jeeps etc.) will be extra and payable directly by the guest on the spot.

- 25% Payment required before 30 days of travel date.
- 50% Full & final payment required before 7 days of travel date.
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason(s), we must be informed in writing.
Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- Minimum Cancellation is INR 500 per head.
- 15 Days before Check-In Date: 25% of the package amount.
- 10 Days before Check-In Date: 50% of the package amount.
- 05 Days before Check-In Date: 100% Retention.
- No refund or any changes will be accepted at the last minute of the tour.
- We will put our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.
- If you wish to prepone/postpone your travel dates, please inform us at least 7 days in advance via mail.
- One-time prepone/postpone is free. Afterwards, additional charges may apply.
- Services and cost are subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off-season.
- No change in plan is accepted within 7 days of travel date, except in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes.
- All refunds to be made within 30 working days from cancellation date.
- Refunds to be made in respective accounts or credit card only.
- Extra person cost 35% of the package price per person sharing the same room.
- Meals in the package can only be availed in the provided hotel.
- Meals during travelling are not included and shall be paid by the customer.
- Entrance fees at any point shall be paid by customer.
- All packages are extendable on pro-rata basis at the time of reservation only.
- Advance payment must be made in bank account. Remaining amount to be taken during the tour.
- No refund for short stay and unavailed facilities.
- *Rates may fluctuate during festive seasons & long weekends.
- *Similar hotels will be provided in case selected hotel is unavailable.
- *5% GST Extra
- *Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. shall be borne by the client & payable on the spot.
