DAY 1.
DELHI – RAMPUR / SHIVA VALLEY (SARAHAN) (OVERNIGHT VOLVO)
Evening departure from Delhi by A/C Volvo bus for Rampur / Shiva Valley (Sarahan). Overnight journey towards the Himalayan region.
Route: Delhi – Chandigarh – Shimla – Narkanda – Rampur.
Meal: No Meal
DAY 2.
ARRIVAL RAMPUR – TRANSFER TO SHIVA VALLEY (SARAHAN)
Morning arrival at Rampur bus stand where our driver will meet you and drive you to Sarahan (approx. 50 km).
Check in to the hotel and relax amidst mountains and nature. Day at leisure to soak in the serene surroundings.
In the evening, visit nearby local village / temple for a peaceful Himalayan experience.
Overnight stay: Sarahan
Meal: Dinner
DAY 3.
BASHLEO TREK + WATERFALL & ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES
After breakfast, proceed for Bashleo / Beshleo trek – an introductory Himalayan trek of approximately 40–80 minutes (as per the package and guest’s comfort).
En route, enjoy the beautiful waterfall, dense pine forests and panoramic Himalayan scenery.
Afternoon free for adventure activities at your own cost such as Paragliding, Zip Line & Hot Air Balloon (subject to availability and weather conditions).
Return back to hotel in the evening.

DAY 4.
SARAHAN – RAMPUR SIGHTSEEING – DELHI (OVERNIGHT VOLVO)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive towards Rampur for local sightseeing.
Places to Cover: Ambika Mata Temple, Parshuram Kothi, Dev Dhank Shiv Temple (cave-style Shiva temple near Rampur with a short walk from the road), and Rampur local market.
In the evening, drop at Rampur bus stop to board the Volvo for Delhi. Overnight journey by A/C Volvo bus.

DAY 5.
MORNING ARRIVAL DELHI
Morning arrival at Delhi ISBT. Proceed towards your onward journey back home with beautiful memories of Shiva Valley & the Himalayas.
End of the tour.

- Heater charges – to be paid directly to the hotel.
- Any personal expenses, tips, laundry, phone calls, etc.
- GST 5% Extra on total billing.

- 25% Payment required at the time of reservation.
- 25% Payment required before 30 days of travel date.
- 50% Full & final payment required before 7 days of travel date.
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason(s), we must be informed in writing.
Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- Minimum cancellation is INR 500 per head.
- 15 days before Check-In date: 25% of the package amount.
- 10 days before Check-In date: 50% of the package amount.
- 05 days before Check-In date: 100% retention.
- No refund or any changes will be accepted at the last minute of the tour.
- Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.
- If you wish to prepone / postpone your travel dates, please inform us at least 7 days in advance via email.
- We do not charge anything if the package is postponed / preponed once. However, after the first time, additional charges may apply.
- Services and costing will be subject to availability of Hotel / Volvo and season / off-season time.
- No change in plan is accepted within 7 days of travel date, except in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes (as per company policy).
- All refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the cancellation date.
- Refunds will be made in respective bank accounts or credit card only.
- Extra person cost is 35% of the package price per person sharing the same room.
- Meals in the package can only be availed in the provided hotel.
- Meals during travelling are not included and shall be paid by the customer.
- Entrance fees at any point shall be paid by the customer.
- All packages are extendable on pro-rata basis at the time of reservation only.
- Advance payment must be made in company bank account. Remaining amount to be collected during the tour.
- No refund for short stay and unavailed facilities.
- *Rates may fluctuate during festive seasons & long weekends.
- *Similar hotels will be provided in case the selected hotel is unavailable.
- *5% GST Extra on all online transactions.
- *Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. shall be borne by the client and is payable directly on the spot.
