DAY 1.
DELHI – RAMPUR / SHIVA VALLEY (SARAHAN) (OVERNIGHT JOURNEY)
Evening departure from Delhi by Volvo coach towards Rampur / Sarahan.
Route: Delhi – Chandigarh – Shimla – Narkanda – Rampur.
Meal: No Meal (on own during journey)
DAY 2.
ARRIVAL RAMPUR – DRIVE TO SHIVA VALLEY (SARAHAN)
Morning arrival at Rampur bus stand, meet our driver and drive approx. 50 km to Shiva Valley (Sarahan).
Hotel check-in and freshen up.
Full day at leisure amidst mountains and nature.
Afternoon: Optional adventure activities at own cost (Zip Line & Hot Air Balloon – subject to availability).
Evening visit to local village & temple area.
Dinner & overnight stay at Sarahan Hotel.
Meal: Dinner (Breakfast & Lunch on own, as per arrival)
DAY 3.
BASHLEO PASS SHORT TREK + WATERFALL
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and pack only your essential / emergency items for the trek.
Proceed for Bashleo / Beshleo trek – approximately 1–2 hours climb (time may vary as per fitness and final camping point).
The Bashleo Pass hike is a moderate trail at around 3,275 meters altitude in Himachal Pradesh that connects the Kullu–Sarahan / Kurpan valley to the Tirthan valley area.
En route enjoy a beautiful waterfall and panoramic Himalayan scenery.
Reach campsite, enjoy evening at leisure around nature.
Dinner & overnight stay at camp (with bonfire, subject to weather & permissions).
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
DAY 4.
BASHLEO PASS – SARAHAN – RAMPUR – DELHI
After breakfast start the short descend trek back down towards Sarahan village.
Arrive Sarahan, collect your main luggage from the hotel and drive to Rampur bus stand.
Evening departure for Delhi by Volvo coach. Overnight journey to Delhi.

DAY 5.
DELHI ARRIVAL – TOUR ENDS
Morning arrival in Delhi ISBT.
End of the adventure tour with beautiful Himalayan memories.

- 25% payment required at the time of reservation.
- 25% payment required before 30 days of travel date.
- 50% full & final payment required before 7 days of travel date.
In case of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason(s) we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- Minimum cancellation is INR 500 per head.
- 15 days before check-in date – 25% of the package amount.
- 10 days before check-in date – 50% of the package amount.
- 05 days before check-in date – 100% retention.
- No refund or any changes will be accepted at the last minute of the tour.
- Above are the standard cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to waive / minimize the cancellation charges.
- If you wish to prepone / postpone your travel dates, please inform us at least 7 days in advance via mail.
- No charges if the package is preponed / postponed once. However, after the first time additional charges may be levied.
- All services & costing will be subject to availability of Hotel / Transport and season / off-season dates.
- No change in plan will be accepted within 7 days of travel date. However, in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions, road blocks or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
- All refunds will be processed within 30 working days from cancellation date.
- Refunds will be made in respective bank accounts or credit card only.
- No refund in cash.
- *Rates may fluctuate during festive seasons, long weekends & peak dates.
- *Similar hotels / camps will be provided in case selected property is unavailable.
- *5% GST Extra
- *Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. is to be borne by the client directly on the spot.
- Extra person cost 35% of the package price per person sharing the same room / tent.
- Meals included in the package can only be availed at the provided hotel / camp.
- Meals during traveling (en-route in Volvo) are not included in the package.
- Entrance / activity fees at any point shall be paid directly by customer.
- All packages are extendable on pro-rata basis at the time of reservation only.
- Advance payment must be made in company bank account; remaining amount to be paid during the tour as per policy.
- No refund for short stay, missed services or unused facilities.
